Project Training Education for Grant Beneficiaries

The project “A Framework for Resistant Cities: Green Oriented Adaptation” with which a gradual adaptation to EU climate policy and regulations is aimed at in order to strengthen the efforts to lessen the common climate change effects in Turkey and increase public awareness, aims to create a resistant urban area through using, developing and supporting the green infrastructure in İzmir. 

The project, which will be finished by the end of March 2019, is conductedtogether with İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Environmental Protection and Control Room Administration, Healthy Cities and Clean Energy Branch and Landscape Surveys Association. 

Among the Healthy Cities and Clean Energy Branch personnel, the project experts charged with this role, joined the project implementation, monitoring and buying trainings provided on 28-29 September 2017 in Ankara by Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation. 

Those who joined the trainings were informed about general project management principles, EU project application rules, the monitoring of projects and processes regarding buying and visibility.
